Overview:

If you leave Australia after your travel validity expires, or it expires when you are outside Australia, you will not be able to return to Australia as a permanent resident. This visa allows you to return as a permanent resident.

Basic Eligibility:

You must be either:

• An Australian permanent resident
• A former Australian permanent resident whose last permanent visa was not cancelled
• A former Australian citizen or lost or renounced Australian citizenship.

Detail:

This visa will allow the successful applicant to travel to and from Australia as a permanent resident until the travel validity of your visa expires. Under this visa, travel validity will vary depending upon your circumstances.

 

New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship Visa

Subclass: 461

Overview:

This visa is for a person who is not a New Zealand citizen but is a member of a family unit of a New Zealand citizen. It lets you live and work in Australia for five years.

Basic Eligibility:

• Have health insurance
• Meet the health and character requirements
• Family members must have or be eligible for a Special Category Visa (subclass 444)

Detail:

This visa will allow you to live, work and study within Australia for up to 5 years. You may travel to and from Australia as many times as you like and can include members of your family unit within your application.

 

Temporary Graduate Visa

Subclass: 485

Overview:

This temporary visa allows international students to live, study and work within Australia have their studies have been completed.

• You must be under the age of 50
• Meet the Australian study requirements
• Have adequate health insurance
• Meet health and character requirements
• Have skills and qualifications that are needed within Australia.

This visa will let you stay in Australia while your status is being reviewed. It will also allow you to leave and return to Australia within a defined travel period.
