OUR PROCESS

Wilson Migration is know for providing efficient and effective migration services. Please refer to our process below.

Initial consultation

30 minute initial consultation to discuss your visa situation and objectives. You will provide a copy of your resume or visa history and background so that we can determine the visa options available to you. We will provide written advice with the visa options and an estimate of our costs. Please note initial consultation is $165.

Engagement

If you choose to proceed with our service, we will provide you with the first invoice, Client Agreement, form 956 and questionnaire to complete which will allow us to further assess and prepare your visa application.

Commence application

Once Wilson Migration is engaged to complete your application, we will provide you with a link to our Client Portal to provide checklists and instructions for your visa application. Here you will be able to upload all requested documents and communicate directly with us.

Submitting application

Once we have all the documents and the visa application is prepared, we will provide your draft visa application to confirm your information. Once we have submitted your application, we will email you confirmation of expected processing times and when we will next be in touch.

Processing

While Department of Home Affairs is processing your visa application, there will be no status updates. As soon as we have any communication, we will immediately contact you. This may be with a visa outcome or to request further information or documents.

Outcome

We will contact you as soon as there is an outcome of your visa application.
